A really nice hotel and very helpful staff! I was a bit apprehensive before making our booking because of a few old reviews stating that customer service was poor but we had the complete opposite experience, all staff were very welcoming and attentive. Great breakfast selection and amenities including female only and unisex indoor thermal pool, normal indoor pool, hamam, sauna, steam room, outdoor pool, gym, hairdressers and skin treatments. Our room was great and spacious. Only issue we came across was the TV being difficult to work due to it being embedded inside the mirror. In terms of location, easy walk down to Historical Odunpazarı Mansions but a steep walk up (but manageable for your average person).

I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The room was clean and the stuff was polite and caring. Breakfast was great with many choices from traditional Turkish börek to pancakes. Spa area was clean. Highly recommend

mon impression est mitigée, c'est un bon hôtel mais l'ambiance est plus au moins agréable. j'ai apprécié le SPA et les piscine. le petit déjeuner était parfait. le personnel à l'accueil devraient pratiquer un peu plus leur sourire. le prix est trop élevé par rapport à l'expérience vécue dans cet hôtel.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Tasigo Eskişehir. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, komfortabel und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Spa- und Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist ideal, um Eskişehir und besonders Odunpazarı zu erkunden. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
