"It was a nice stay, loved the location and play area! Breakfast staff were nice as well as the room service staff. The receptionist wasn’t overly friendly, didn’t elaborate on anything during check in or check out, she just gave me the eftpos machine at checkout and I had to ask what the payment was for as she didn’t say anything (already paid online). Also had to pay additional to have a cot, which I didn’t see any cost was mentioned during my online booking at all. Still a nice place though!...
