This property is not a resort. There is not a restaurant, the only amenity is a pool with broken lounge chairs. It is also in a run down area. Not safe to walk around in and is not within walking distance to downtown Christiansted. A car is required if you want to go anywhere. We had to rent a car ...

If you are looking for a tranquil place on a beautiful beach, the Cottages by the Sea is the perfect place. Sandy and John are so warm and welcoming. We felt at home immediately. This place is special, and situated on a gorgeous, calm, and uncrowded beach. We will be back again.
