"Wow!! What can I say? What a beautiful charming B&B. I have to admit, I was curious/concerned about such an old facility but given the recent renovation/remodel, job well done. Everything has been updated, (fixtures, windows, etc). The owner is extremely welcoming and accomodating. Not a day goes by, now that we're home, that we miss waking up at Le Clocher de la Duchesse. "Beautiful property! Is exactly how the pictures represent! At the end is a quiet street. Good parking we parked two 9 passenger vans in the drive. Having a toilette and shower in every room made it perfect for our group of 13. Very comfortable. My only disappointment was that the A/C barely worked with request not to touch the temperature. The house did not offer any portable fans that we could find. Also, it was represented that there was laundry available, we could not find a washing machine....

"Breakfast was good. External spiral staircase access to the room was too challenging to take a heavy case up, so had to just take the things I needed and leave rest in the car."

En revanche, et je ne l’avais lu nulle part, le parking est loin des chambres, l’accès au loft se fait par un sentier pavé traversant pelouses, petit ruisseau et son pont de bois charmant mais impossible d’y faire rouler un bagage. "Notre week end s'est tres bien passé dans la bulle la plus haute et la plus isolée. Nous avons ete completement depaysé et ce week end nous a ressourcé. Le personnel est adorable et le proprietaire nous a fait voyager avec toutes ses connaissances de la nature. Attention au vertige car la bulle a 20m est tres haute mais la vue est a couper le souffle ! "
