"I made one planned stop at this hotel on the way to Disney World and one unplanned stop on the way back. On both occasions the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. That’s such a welcomed relief when you’re tired and stressed from traveling.
We arrived at night and the first thing we noticed was a woman relaxing in one of a number of comfy looking chairs next to a beautiful stone fire pit. Instagram isn’t my thing - but if you’re looking for an Instagram moment this is it.
The front desk staff was very helpful. On both occasion our room was very clean. There was a light, pleasant scent in the air that was relaxing & homey. There were also Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom, including scented hand and body lotion. Nice touch.
I have had a spinal fusion and driving in the car kills my back & a bad bed makes it worse. Both times I had a very comfortable bed. The pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I liked that they not only had normal pillows, they also provided a longer pillow. It wasn’t as long as a body pillow, but it was long enough to place between the knees and rest comfortably.
The front desk staff informed us about breakfast hours & that it wasn’t included. I didn’t listen because I didn’t plan to eat breakfast. My friend just didn’t listen even though she planned to eat, so she missed breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9 am, so be sure to pay attention to the hours if you plan to eat.
Great free coffee was provided, as well as ample, well lit parking."
