The staff was very helpful and professional. The Mgr. came to our rescue when needed. I wish they had walk in showers as it was very difficult to step over into the high suded tub safely. The room furniture should be checked each time after a stay. The drawers knobs kept coming off on each side. Otherwise the stay itself was over-all workable. The staff was outstanding!!!!

Great place. Excellent location. Extremely clean. My only complaint is the ice machine was out, and breakfast was a joke. Overall worth the price, would stay here again.

The owner was awesome staff was very sweet and friendly, our room was big and pretty, the jetted tub was awesome ,and our bed was so soft and comfy we would stay there again any time we travel back to Eureka Springs Arkansas.
