"I brought my mom and dad and originally asked for a 2 queen bed room but then asked for a handicap room for my mom.. ended up with a king. 3 in one bed did not work out. I got a cot, worked much better. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was warm. And no microwave. The hand held shower did not work so I was unable to help my mom shower. Only the overhead shower worked.
