"I was apprehensive about this hotel after reading some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised how great the hotel was. I am not sure what happened to previous people that wrote bad reviews of this place but the room was nice, the staff was helpful and it was a very nice stay. I would reccomend this hotel."

"I would recommend providing guests with a directory upon check-in. This was my first time staying here, and I had no idea that breakfast and other amenities were included in my stay until I heard it from another guest. None of this information was communicated to me, and my experience could have been much smoother if I had known from the beginning. The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, and the staff was nice. However, guests shouldn’t have to ask or wait until two days into their trip to learn what is included with their stay. A directory outlining the available amenities, breakfast details, and other important information would make the experience much more convenient and welcoming for first-time guests."

"So far the best hotel we have found in Chicago. Everything was in close walking distance. Super easy to get to from the airport, fabulous food outlets nearby, easy stroll to Lake Michigan. And the friendliest, most helpful staff !!"
