The staff were friendly and helpful .The elevator was out of order but I was given a room on the 2nd floor and my case was taken up for me and down again when I left so had no problems with that .Loved my room and bathroom ,decorated to a high standard.
Thank you for an enjoyable stay .

Rooms were well appointed and clean. Bathrooms simple but nice. TV kept glitching but maybe the weather. Great hotel to access Northwestern. Gym was good size & benefit of Peleton bike. Good cardio and weights.

Evanston was recommended to me as an alternative place to stay as opposed to downtown Chicago. Only 20 mins from the Ogilvie Transit centre in Chicago and also about 45 mins from downtown by Purple/ Red lines. Evanston itself is lovely (located on the lakeshore with a wide range of restaurants, cafes and lovely little shops. It has a nice atmosphere and very safe. The accommodation was very nice, comfortable, clean and safe. The breakfast provided was very good. I didn’t use the gym but noticed...
