"To be 100% honest, the only thing that makes this hotel/resort nice is the amenities. Easy access to pool and beach. Other than that, there’s nothing that makes this hotel worth $900/ night AT ALL! Staff is mediocre, rooms are mediocre at best. Our room had a toilet that did not at all flush. They sent someone multiple times to attempt to fix it, but the end result was a not working toilet our entire 2 day stay. The pool towels they gave us were dirty (literally had kids Cheeto finger marks all over the towels). The bathrooms by the pool were disgusting. The lawn chairs by the pool were covered and spotted with black mold. This hotel has potential but— needs a lot of work. "
