"This is the second time we've visited the Low Head, George Town area and wanted to stay at the pilot station. We were not disappointed; these charming old buildings are in great condition for their age. We had trouble with the gas heater in our unit but Jodi from the kiosk came to the rescue. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and parking was onsite and close to the unit. These units are old and have some "quirky" features at times. "The moment we settled in, we felt like we were on holidays. Very clean, well presented accommodation with all the amenities we could want. The heating was on when we arrived which was appreciated because it was a cold, stormy kind of day. Electric blankets on each bed, if required. "The property is a converted historic house and has been beautifully renovated into a boutique b&b in a great location. Didn't see a soul, except at breakfast (including check in). Breakfast was lovely, and the Conservatory is a wonderful space. Room was comfortable, but the only window was in the bathroom area (with a frosted glass door to let light into to room). Not a problem as we spent little time there other than sleeping!! "

"The hosts, Linda and Andre were awesome. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. In fact, I changed some travel plans based on their recommendations. The room was big with a 4 poter bed, large TV, small fridge, sitting area, it's own a/c and a nice bathroom. I was concerned that it might be noisy as the room was facing the street, but I never heard any street noise, or noise from other rooms. My only caution would be parking. I booked it because it said there was free self parking available, ...
