"Very comfortable bed Staff were helpful unfortunately restaurant was closed for the evening of our stay due to staff illness. Buffet breakfast was great."
"The lady on checking in was not very friendly. We had a 2 room suite and she seemed reluctant to give us 2 keys. When we went to checkout at 8.30am there was nobody there so we just left the keys in the room. The breakfast is a sachet of muesli and 2 pieces of bread & butter and random spreads with bottled juice. It’s adequate. Rooms are clean but not vacuumed very well and bathroom needed cleaning the floor of soap scum and the toilet lid had a lot of mildew. Aside from that it’s a great location. It has all you need."
"Quality Hotel with great amenities. Great service and great breakfast. Rooms are large and very clean and modern. Very convenient to Hospital and very comfortable"

"We have stayed at the Horatio many times over the years & the standard of accommodation has consistently been first class. In fact I would have to say that it's the cleanest motel I've stayed in."
