"Beautifully located hotel. You even local foreigners coming in just for Sunday breakfast, so it must be popular. Some of the decor looked a little in need of some love and attention, but overall a beautiful elegant property."

We had to leave. We were moved from 2 rooms on the 3rd floor with overwhelming moisture and cooling failure and a disgusting mildew odor. "Not exceptional. The hotel was comfortable with, “no frills”. The staff was continuously working for some sort of underhanded/under the table “commissions”, “cut of the action”, with every single thing we attempted to work out with the concierge or drivers. A simple hotel car became too much and not safe for any of us. Constant manipulation of the truth, demands that the car be paid for in cash instead of the agreed on payment to the hotel. "Clean large beautiful room on the 8th floor. I paid 170US for one night. View of the ocean was great. There was a Chinese grocery store nearby that had many items and in particular oatmeal. The hotel was 100m from my bus pick up point at Mundos which was great since the pick up time was 530am. Though i didn't need it, the doorman brought my bag to the cheetah express bus pick up point down the street. It gave me confidence i was in the right place as I'm traveling alone and new to the area."

"Modern hotel in a good safe location with mini market a few meters away and plenty of decent restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Particular praise for Nilza on reception who was a great help organising taxis etc. No bar or restaurant on site though there is a coffee shop adjoining which offers breakfast & lunch every day except Monday."

"The hotel is closed and therefore didn’t honour my booking and I am unable to contact anyone from Expedia to get a refund. I am owed £213 for the booking but there is no way of contacting anyone."

"I booked it partly because it said airport transfer was included, but I never got a reply from them even though I wrote three times. The wifi did not work in my room, only in the lobby. The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold. You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway."
