"Check in staff were great. It was one night stay. Toilet did not work next morning and overflowed onto floor. So grateful we showered first and could use toilet in lobby. Check out staff seemed disinterested in how disturbing or disruptive that was to our experience . Did not offer consolation or apology as if this happened often or was every day normative experience! Only asked if everyone was out of the room. which grossed us out more. Wondering how many guests have used their towels to clean that bathroom floor from toilet water and how many of same towels are recycled for us to use for showers face cloths etc. how many overflows and how clean is that floor? Rugs had stains. If it weren’t for toilet overflow we’d check it off as an average stay in an average hotel. Cost did not match that experience. Best part was check in staff and convenience off of HWY 81. The ratings showed high number but this appears to be massively inflated. My rate is solid 7"

"The hotel looked very old carpet look dirty. Bathroom was dirty. The beds had burn marks on the sheets. The only nice thing about this property was the workers in the front. They were very polite."
