"Apart from being as advertised, it is affordable and located in an excellent neighborhood (though it takes about 30 minutes to reach the center city by public transport). The room is of good size and has a balcony. Very helpful staff. The large lounge provides sofas, chairs and tables to work, eat or just read. Free coffee available in the lounge all day."

"The staff were very professional and nice. They were constantly cleaning the common areas in the hotel and were well maintained. The breakfast was great with the variety of options. The room was clean but a little bit old with squeaky wood floor, and my only issue was the bathroom barn style door which to me is not a suitable one for bathroom if it make sense; I don’t need to know what’s going on when someone is there or vice versa. The location is walkable to Rathaus, Parliament Building and even Museum Quarter, if you’re willing to walk a little further. There are different options for public transportations nearby, so you can reach anywhere within the city literally. Overall we liked the hotel and its location."

"This is a 'hidden gem' of a hotel, that has a relaxed family feel, and an individual vibe that the other ''chains" don't offer. Even from the smallest of touches such as ambient 'rainforest/bird sounds' on each level creates a relaxed vibes The rooms and lobby's are immaculately clean, and most of all quiet.. you do not hear other guests coming and going, and I had a room by the elevators which I expected to hear (and even considered changing rooms) but I did not hear them at all. The staff from reception to cleaners were super friendly, greeted with a genuine smile and were on hand when you need It is also great to see the hotel listening to the feedback on room temperatures as my room has both air conditioning unit (mobile) and a fan. Whilst on the periphal of Vienna centre, you are at the heart of the real community away from the tourists and can embrace Vienna like a local. The subways and trams take you there within 10-15 minutes, though and are just outside the door. This is a rare, faultless find that I would happily return to, and have already been researching their other locations to stay"
