She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. "First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away. It didn’t get fixed during our stay. The shower chair (in a handicap room) was put together backwards. Had to go to the main...

"I was not impressed with my stay, the parking lot was not very well maintained and the pool looked like you were at the beach, sand all over the bottom, even though it was an outdoor pool it could have been better maintained. And then I got locked out of my room, had to go to the front office for them to reset my key. The room it self was clean, but the coffee in the rooms was not good."
