"Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. "I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel, not realizing the date on my search had reset and was no longer correct. Within about two minutes of making the reservation, I caught my error and immediately called to cancel. The hotel was completely inflexible and charged me full price for a room that I wouldn't be able to stay in. It was an honest mistake that was caught quickly. I'll think again before staying at a Days Inn."
