"The room was very dated and dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and whenever you moved around the room, dust followed you. I told the front desk when we first checked in but they were fully booked and couldn’t change our room. Maid service never came to the clean the room until I went to complain to the front desk. The front desk gave me Bonvoy points and $50 credit but then took the credit away because maid service did technically come after I complained. I think that’s was not a...

"We loved the convenience of being right next to the metro station. It made coming back after long days so easy. The staff were helpful. The room was great (though it was warm a lot of the time - we were there in early March as the temps were changing but we couldn’t turn on the air conditioner. We made it work). We will definitely consider staying here again."

"When we booked the hotel room, we got alternative breakfast for two ppl, but hotel staff and Expedia customer service said that we don’t see it in their system. I showed them on my phone and it clearly says in my account on the Marriott website but still they didn’t help. Don’t book through Expedia. You will lose the breakfast benefit, even if it shows on the special benefits section in our account."
