"Property was a bit out of the way and unless you had transportation to get to restaurants you didn't eat. Rooms were a bit tired but clean, Front desk staff were good except one who was extremely rude. Mohammad was great though! Breakfast was minimal. Parking was secure."

"Very clean room on arrival and friendly staff. Parking was easy and seemed safe. Good location just off freeway (10-15 minutes from downtown Spokane). A few restaurants nearby with a Super Walmart and the Spokane Valley Mall both 5-10 minutes away. Breakfast was adequate with typical waffle maker, eggs, sausage, cereal, toast etc. would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Nice room. Property was new. Very clean. Nice amenities, but no microwave in room. Great size TV (had Netflix). Bathroom was great. Nice shower, great water pressure, blue tooth mirror, but no grab bars. Close to airport. Airport shuttle is an Uber (fyi). Pet peeve, no luggage stands."

"Parking was easy to access, pool and hot tub were nice. Pretty loud late at night with questionable people roaming the halls. If you're looking for a peaceful night, look else where. But not the worst "

"Please modify the shower door. Seal the openings on the bottom and change the door to be away from the shower head. So much water leaked from the shower onto the floor and flooded the entire floor. Also, free breakfast would be a nice amenity too. Other than those, the hotel was excellent!"

"The first thing upon entering the room was a personalized welcome displayed on the TV screen...nice touch. Room was super clean, breakfast absolutely amazing, and when you exited the room into the hallway, there was always soft music playing over the built-in speaker system. I just felt it gave a nice sense of elegance ans sophistication"

"This property has been remodeled and modern lobby amenities are very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable as the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels this close to downtown Spokane."

"We loved the ease of this place. Easy check in. Very clean. Great beds and lots of space. I would definitely bring ear plugs for the train noise and your next door neighbors. I love how they are repurposing this building for short stays. "
