She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"I don't remember the guy's name at the bar on Saturday night (23 May 2026), but he was awesome! Drinks made to perfection! As far as the staff, they were very helful during check-in & check-out. The room's were clean but extremely small and tight. There was not enough outlets located in the right places in the room. It reminds me of a dorm or barracks room. Not enouigh storage space on/around the sink. The beds were small and not too comfortable. I would stay again if traveling alone, but not...

"The property was as advertised in the photos. Loved the space. The kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes and a nice little coffee/tea station. . The amenities were thoughtful and helpful. The property is well maintained. My only warning would be: watch the stairs! There are a lot of them and the outdoor stairs can get slippery."

"I have been to some places but this one was THE ONE !!!! First off , I found a c***k pipe in the box of tissues that were opened and never checked or replaced by the cleaners. There were two extremely long pieces of hair in the bathtub upon arrival , I have a bob…. . We had to go down to the front to request an iron that we had to return immediately after using. The place did have a security in the front and the management apologized for the pipe, but I still can’t get over that . We needed a...

"Lobby bar is a scene. The drinks are decent. The pool room is fun. The Urban Room bartenders make good drinks, but the food / menu is a bit overrated and overpriced. Rooms are standard no complaints."
