This hotel is recently remodeled and it’s very clean and very nice! The rooms were big beds were nice. The hotel is clean! The staff was very sweet and helpful. The pool wasn’t working which was a bummer but overall it was a great stay and will stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great staff! Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. For the nightly rate, the property is very quiet and safe. Hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shopping. Reasonable drive to the airport. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe and budget friendly hotel. I stayed for 1 week and absolutely had no issues.

I was double charged due too there system messing up my dates for my stay!!!! I did not get refunded so I had too pay double! On the website I booked for july18-19th and when I arrived they couldn’t find my name and I checked my email and it changed it too july31/august1 and they wouldn’t give me my money back. Website stated it was booked for July 18-19th.

The bathroom door hinges were loose & would not close. Maintenance repaired it the next morning. We asked to have towels changed out. When we got back to the room that afternoon they had not done so. We had to take soiled towels to desk & exchange them. they asked if we had requested it. Yes we had! Staff was friendly, but minor maintenance was not being taken care of. The hotel was so close to interstate the traffic noise was so loud it was hard to sleep.

Nothing worked Fridge TV was half ass. Remote did not work properly. No bath tub. Some light's were not working. Coffee pot did not have all components to work. It was the worst kept property, and would hope you post this,so people will not have to be disappointed if they come there. A one star property.

Upon my arrival I checked in as normal. The reception gave me my room key arriving to my room. I opened the door and someone was already staying in the room that I was checked into. I went back downstairs, spoke with the attendant at the desk and told him someone was already in that room. He apologize gave me another room upon arriving that room the room smell of mildew and water damage went back downstairs got another room when I finally got checked into the last room I pulled the sheets back on the bed. There were blood stains and other stains on the sheets went back. The reception manager came in the room and stripped both of the beds said that the stains wasn’t coming out from the dryer when I checked out the next morning I asked if they can accommodate me for all the mishaps from the previous day, he stated that I had to get in touch with the third-party that I had booked from good morning.

It's a pretty good hotel, if you're worried about cleanliness, then it's not a problem. However, the TV was completely messed up; it wasn't connected to wifi, and didn't let me connect to wifi. Netflix, youtube, etc. didn't work. The channels did not match the guide, and there were very few, etc. I spent at least an hour trying to figure out how to use it with no prevail. I called front desk, and although they're nice, didn't fix the problem at all. Breakfast is pretty mid. Room service also didn't come in at all during my week-long stay, which I thought was strange, I definitely needed new towels and stuff

They need to do more on cleanliness. There was dust and dirt on the windows. I itched alot on my first night, I asked for a change of bedding which was never done. They can use freshener to remove the dump smell.

What I liked most was the very reasonable price for the middle of summer. I was only way to STL and was going to stay there, but the prices for the places I would usually stay were $170 and up. Not affordable ! Was very happy to get this for under $120. Very clean, beds very comfortable, nice welcome by the Fron Desk employee, convenient - just off the highway, and many restaurants nearby. Parking is very close to the bilding. Only suggestion is maybe one more floor lamp by the lounge chair, and a more roomo darkening shade that blocks light.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property itself looks to be going through a remodel but overall was nice. I did notice some spots in our room that seemed like they could have been swept better, and the overall smell of fresh paint was overwhelming. Shower worked good, but the vent in the bathroom was extremely loud and sounded like it was very old. Also upsetting that the pool is closed due to permit issues, as we had a toddler who was very excited to swim.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Dining area was really nice. Staff was friendly and professional.

Hey it wasn't okay hotel for one night's day. But if I was staying for more than 1 day, I wouldn't stay there. The room had a funny smell. The door slammed so hard that it about took my fingers off.It was just okay 41 night

Clean, spacious room. Fitness center was good, the machines were in excellent condition, the cable weight machine worked well. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Safe premises, at least it seemed to be the night I stayed. The only negative for me was the pillows were the typical hotel pillows that have no firmness to them, your head just sinks into the pillow, no support at all. Some people like pillows like that but for me they're useless.

Staff is always friendly and helpful when necessary! Room was clean although the tp holder and 1 of the soap dispensers in the shower were broken. Other than that, great stay!
