"The room was completely inaccessible for someone with heart and mobility issues. My husband is a disabled vetetan. It was so small, hot and had not been upgraded since the 1930"s The air conditioning didn't seem to work. We had to walk a long way and them go down 2 flights of stairs. Room was so so small could hardly walk around the bed. We didn't stay and the manager said we would get a complete refund. I expect my money refunded."

"The room was clean and with basic amenities. Parking was right outside the hotel. A minor issue was when I got locked outside because the key stopped working and I had to wait outside the room for almost an hour before the after hours staff could be reached to resolve the issue. Otherwise, an overall good experience except that standalone incident."
"We stayed at Yellowstone West Gate for four nights and had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and ready with guidance on local events, dining, and activities. We arrived a little early, around 2:30 PM, and Debbie checked us in right away. She gave a detailed and welcoming introduction to the hotel and the surrounding area, which we truly appreciated. Debbie’s guidance made our arrival smooth and informative.
Breakfast each morning was great — the staff kept everything well‑stocked and offered a nice variety every day. The pastries and overall spread were excellent. We also loved having fruits and coffee available all day, a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more comfortable.
On our way out, Debbie greeted us again and wished us a safe trip, which was a wonderful way to end our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so pleasant."
"Right at the entrance of west Yellowstone. Very easy to navigate. Check in was simple. Rooms are great for this area. Beds were more comfortable than expected. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast had a nice variety but too many people at one time. Park in the rear, 2 elevators. We will stay here again. Very comfortable."
"Location excellent few min from west entrance to Yellowstone NP, walk distance from the restaurants and shops . Overall good . No fitness center. Room cleaning upon request due to "green " initiative to minimize natural resources impact ."
"Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Our room had 3 beds, with one bed a little bit separated from the other two beds. A good size room for our family of 5. Air conditioning worked. Had mini fridge, microwave and table with two chairs. Close to downtown."
