"Property is clean. It is located close to the road so you can hear the traffic and trucks all night long if you are a light sleeper. The bed is VERY firm as well. The shower pressure is really good and the water gets hot— nice and relaxing after hiking and looking for elk."

"Pam, the receptionist when we checked in, was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant. She let us know that we could get a breakfast bag to go for the next morning. We never knew that was an option when we stayed at this hotel previously. The pool temperature was VERY cold! I did swim, but not for long."

"Great convenient location. A lot of services nearby. But the greatness ends there. I stayed in this motel during my first visit to Brookville well over a decade ago, and its still the same carpeting. The furniture is hammered. Upholstery on the "easy chair" was so worn that it had a sheen. Toilet was running when i got in the room and i had to lift the tank cover to lower the flapper. The handle would stick in the flush position and flush quality was poor. The lamps were old, dim, flimsy...

"The staff were fine. The cleanliness of the room was very lacking. There was a bag of garbage behind the nightstand between the beds and a dirty tissue under the headboard of one bed. There was mold in the refrigerator and food splatter in the microwave. There was a dirty spoon behind the dresser and the drawers had dead insects and oyster crackers. Bought and placed weatherstripping around the air conditioning to help with the draft. "

"We enjoyed our two night stay. The room was clean. The staff were great!!! We ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty, especially the garlic butter. The price was good as well."
