"The room was functional & minimally furnished. The air conditioner was nice to have & easy to use. Unfortunately, we got a room right across from the elevator & it’s not a quiet area. There was a considerable gap in the door frame & allowed a lot of light into the room. The mattress was also in need of replacement & was uncomfortable. The shower pressure was good & water was hot. The breakfast options were a good selection."

"I’ve been there many times, the room was excellent. The room service was excellent. The girl that brought the room service was fantastic. My only complaint is the person to check me in was very rude standoffish I got there at 12 o’clock and she charged me $50 extra to get me a room key. Otherwise you told me I had t to wait until 3 o’clock if I didn’t wanna pay a fee and she said if I came back at 2 o’clock, she only charged me $25 and it wasn’t as much the money as her attitude. "My room had remnants of bar soap in the shower. And as I was packing up, I noticed that the mattress protector was stained a brown/dark yellow. I spoke to the front desk. Zero refund was offered. I showed her the picture and she said ew that’s gross. And that’s about it. I’ve stayed here multiple times so I was really disappointed with this stay."
