Our second stay at this hotel and truly lovely. Fantastic staff who make this hotel what it is. Brilliantly situated for the restaurants of Ortigia where you are spoilt for choice. You’ll struggle to do better if you are in the area.

The room, shared spaces and breakfast room were beautiful, the staff were fantastic and answered every question, including booking taxis for us, and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

If you want an exclusive, luxurious hotel with its own beach, stunning views and lovely staff, come to this hotel. ♡♡♡♡

Loved this hotel - greeted by friendly staff and offered a drink as soon as we arrived which was very welcome. Rooms totally unique. Lovely sitting area up on top patio to relax after a long day - staff kindly made us a pot of tea when our tea bags ran out with bone china tea cups!! A drink on the main patio (which was where you could have breakfast too) overlooking the sea under vines was a great way to start the evening where we met some lovely people each evening. After reading reviews booked a two night stay & was very pleased that we did. Very welcoming attentive staff. Lovely modernised period building, in a perfect position to explore the old town. Excellent generous breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast spread was brilliant and room extremely clean. Staff were all so lovely and attentive. We had a great first afternoon at the pool bar and were very well looked after by a young man who went above and beyond - sorry we did not catch his name.

From the moment we buzzed reception to open the gates, we received such a warm, friendly and great welcome. The pool is gorgeous. The food is delicious. The entire staff team are outstanding. Plenty of places to chill and relax, or an easy drive to Noto, Siracusa and Ortegia. This bio agricultural homestead is truly a ‘home from home’. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing staff location and facilities

Centrally located is this wonderful B&B run by Martina with a delightful team of staff. The location is ideal for walking around the entire island, with abundant choice of restaurants within minutes. The dining room overlooks the street which makes adds to the vibrancy. The room was comfortable and a spacious bathroom with all amenities including a lovely waterfall shower. Very helful and friendly staff, good location with a lovely sea view room. Breakfast is taken in the partner hotel opposite, which was nice. Parking is available in the nearby car park (very difficult to enter)

A great hotel with the usual aspect of the old theatre and cinema still there. The hotel is also perfectly positioned for strolls into the town and to the sea . Great views from the terrace. A good selection at breakfast

Absolutely amazing stay! I could not recommend it more! Francesco was always so helpful and attentive, from after we booked until the moment we left we always felt looked after. Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location! If we ever find ourselves back again we will be staying here

Clean and comfortable. Nice welcome and spacious room. Breakfast is a little quirky as it’s all served à la carte. But there’s a good selection of items. I used the valet parking which took a long time to arrive when I was checking in but for check out the car was ready early. A nice stay. Would stay again.
