"We received very personal attention during our stay. The staff had sent me an email requesting what time we were going to arrive but since I didn't have a signal I was not able to respond. Even though we arrived late we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. They also prepared us dinner upon arrival."

"A good 45 minutes from Rome.....and a 60 euro taxi drive The hotel is related to the swimming pool and hotsprings....but cost additional.
Overall the stay was nice if you dont mind being away from the busy aspect of the city.
The train is nearby...a 5 minute walk if you are good with metro travel....although the tiburtini station can be confusing....."

"The hotel was fine in general. Rooms were clean enough. The biggest downside is the location if you are going to spend a lot of time in Rome Central historic sites."

My partner and I booked Villetta Nel Parco as an alternative when our original accommodation for our Italy trip was cancelled owing to the owners of the property going out of business.
The property and the service exceeded our expectations, the staff were very kind and friendly, the property is immaculate, the views are stunning and the access to local facilities and transport links to Rome itself is ideal. The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable.

Absolutely fantastic location. Walking distance to every thing you'd possibly want to see but also great for bus and train routes should you prefer.
The staff couldn't do enough for us, very friendly and helpful and made our stay wonderful.
Would 100% return to this hotel and recommend.

The hotel is niece, well decorated and very pleasing to stay.
Our overall experience in this hotel was very, very good. The room was nice and cleaned every day. The hotel entrance was also in a good state of cleanliness.
In our first day our passport, all the money we had and mobile phones got stolen, while visiting central Rome and when staff learned this were very helpful, supportive and professional. They dealt with our distress and endless requests in the best way they could. I was...

Peaceful hotel with a lovely little square situated in the centre of this building complex and with a sunny roof terrace. Spacious rooms and good location.

Great location well connected to public transportation. Quiet decent neighborhood with handsome apartment buildings and many youth. Many places to eat at walking distance and essential shopping at hand.
The room was perfect, clean, wifi fast, heating silent and breakfast self-help counter well equipped and most practical. Thank you. I would definitely return.

The hotel is in a residential area of Rome a few minutes walk from the main train and bus station. Don't be put off by the rather run down nature of the streets. The room was as described on their web site. The room and the bathroom were well designed and provided everything necessary for our stay. There are only 6 rooms and there is an intimate feel to the hotel. We had a room looking onto a garden. The breakfast room is small with 3 tables. The selection at breakfast was very good and...

Very pleasant, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a superior room without asking to be, which made our stay even more special as it was my wife's birthday while we were there.

Really comfortable twin room. Hairdryer, slippers, robes and lovely big towels. Handwash, shampoo and conditioner all included. Comprehensive coffee machine
Breakfast fabulous choice of hot drinks, hot menu as well as full buffet. Would recommend but quite a walk from where we wanted to explore

Hotel was very clean and bright. Staff were always very helpful, polite and approachable. Nice breakfast, with plenty of choice. Stayed for six nights and always got a table straight away at breakfast time. The hotel is quite far out of Rome City Centre , however, a ten minute walk took us to the tram stop which took 40 minutes to get to Termini Station. The hotel provides a shuttle service for 2 Euros per person to the train station which gets you to Termini station in less than 20 minutes...

Great base at the HiltonGarden. Bus/tram stop outside the hotel which took you to the centre for all the attraction also a team a few stops away to the coleseum.
The Hilton provided us with a smart phone “Manet”- this was invaluable as it gave walking routes to all the attractions and also info about the attractions. Also eating & drinking info in the area you were to make it easy to find an eatery. We used it everyday.
Room was clean and comfortable, en suite had a shower rather than a bath....
