The wait staff in the lounge was excellent along with the gentleman that sat us! The lady at the front desk was grouchy though. Our room wasn’t very clean and to get into the elevator was a nightmare!

Radisson blu checks all the boxes- great downtown location, excellent parking, smooth check in, friendly staff and rooms that give a resort like feel with luxurious linens, robes and a heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Great stay!

I loved the view from the 10th floor and I also loved the modern decor. The only down side for me is parking. The parking deck beside of the hotel is city owned and can be quite expensive. There is a discount( maybe a couple of dollars) from the hotel, but it seems to me there could be a better way to incorporate the parking charges in the overall hotel charges.

Bartenders in the bar were my only complaint, everytime we went on it was a disaster! Had to ask for drinks multiple times, they would forget, ask again, forget… they asked us to wait to order several times also cause they were “catching up” fir less than 15 people in the place… not great
