"Overall had a fantastic 7 nights, staff were very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday, especially considering the fact I was nursing a broken and a fractured rib from the previous 7 nights in the village, meals were delicious and the rooms were beautiful and clean and well serviced - very comfortable bed! Just love Samoa - highly recommend Sheraton - will be going back that’s for sure!"

"The staff are truly amazing and friendly, and I greatly appreciate their warm hospitality. The only concern I have is with the beds in the room. Currently, there are two double-sized beds, which are suitable for two adults. However, for three adults, it would be more comfortable to have one double bed and one king-size bed. This arrangement would provide enough space for everyone to rest comfortably. Aside from that, everything else was excellent—including the delicious and healthy breakfast....

"Location: one of the best locations if you want to stay in town. Convenient shop on the ground floor. You also have the city that’s 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Room: beautiful room, I booked a standard room & it was well worth the money. Good space travelling alone. Bathroom also has a lot of space to move around. Service: good service from reception staff.
