"One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. The property and the rooms are gorgeous, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. But what really makes this place is the staff, no request big or small is too much trouble, most of the time during my stay Olga was always there to ask how my day was, offer a drink or provide suggestions on places to see or where to eat. "The room was kept clean but the matress was very old to the point that it was uneven. I got the deluxe room with window to the street. There was a pub and very noisy at nights. Staff was friendly but the cleaning service still went into my room after I placed the "Do not disturb" sign outside the door. A fairly good location though."

"First, the pictures shown on the listing are completely MISLEADING! There are as many photos of the “spa” or more than of the hotel. The main picture shows the spa which is somewhere downstairs. It leads one to believe it’s the front desk area.
