"Pool ice cold, jetted tub had non working jets, and shower had a loud squealing noise that went on for the entirety of your shower. Staff was nice, place was clean, don’t spend extra for the jetted tub! The Chef making our breakfast was a gem, so nice and attentive, very friendly and knowledgeable about Fayetteville. Overall not a bad stay."

"We will probably stay here again and it is really a 4.5 star the only reason it isn’t a 5 is because when we initially checked in we had issues with our refrigerator and I had to follow up to get it taken care of twice - The staff is nice and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The lobby area is cool with small little living room areas for groups who want to hang out. Very family friendly"

"This was a good hotel in a good neighborhood. There was a lot to choose from for breakfast & it was really good for a hotel breakfast. Their laundry machines accepted credit/debit cards which was really handy when I had to wash my son's baseball uniform. The only issues we had was the air conditioner unit in our suite was really loud. Even when turned off, it stayed on for a while before it finally shut off. "We were given a handicapped room but they graciously moved us into a suite. Didn't have a bathtub (which I prefer) but the room was awesome. Nice breakfast next morning. Over all completely satisfied. We enjoyed our stay!"
