"Wish they would add more pillows automatically to the bed as they are way too soft instead of having to call the front desk and the view was a partial view of the beach when we reserved a beach view. I see in the review lots of others warned about this and it is true. You book something with expectations and get let down with reality.
Had a great shot of the parking lot and valet parking though! got see see everyone rolling in and chatting up right underneath my balcony. oh goodie!
A bit disappointing especially when you hear the couple in front of you that just walked in off the street getting offered a 8th floor view of the beach... that was not cool. Overall a bit dated and need repairs on the outside to snazzy it up like it once was.
Not totally sure I would go back to this hotel with so many other options, but the area is great and has everything there. Honestly, just charge more for the what we pay for if that is the case, but stop with the beach view option when booking only to get a parking lot view.. You may even pay less if you dont ask for it and get the view anyway."
