"This is a very nice hotel, clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a bit of an issue that the staff addressed immediately. Best breakfast we’d had after two weeks of hotels on our very long road trip with our dog. I will stay there again when we visit Holland, MI."

"It’s a beautiful place the courtyard has several fire pits and lots of seating, gas grills This is my fourth year in a row. Away from all the hustle and bustle in the center of Saugatuck. Just perfect"

"It was in a nice area. I stayed for two weeks. The room was clean, but it really depended on who you got to clean your room. For my room I usually got an Indian couple who didn't once make the bed, I'm not even sure they vaccumed the room everytime. On a few occasions I got a woman who did a great job of cleaning the room, she made the bed and vaccumed. In the two weeks my sheets were only replaced once. I thought hotels changed the bedding daily. They should at least make the bed daily. It was a dog friendly hotel and I had my dog with me. They charged $25/day for my dog. It would be nice if they had dispensers outside with bags for your pets poop. The breakfast was descent. I would consider staying again. There were several maintenance things on the property that needed to be addressed that clearly were deferred."

"Pillows were a bit lumpy; the bed was comfortable; it was nice and quiet; the breakfast was marginal, so we only got coffee. Check out was easy and our gal at the desk yesterday afternoon was very nice."
