Hotel murah di Fenton

"Very clean but on the smaller side, the beds were comfortable, updated bathrooms! Breakfast was just ok, waffles were the only hot food and they ran out of batter. No dairy free/lactose free options for coffee. I would probably look for a place with a better breakfast!"

"I just stopped for the night while traveling. Everything was nice and the staff was efficient and friendly but my room smelled of dampness similar to wet dog I did not complain as I was tired and needed the sleep. Perhaps it was because I was on the ground floor. Otherwise my stay was nice and the bed was very comfortable"

"The bathroom door would not close (door too big for door frame). Hook on back of bathroom door hanging by one screw and unusable. We stayed 2 nights - came back to room on the second day at 4PM - bed was not made and dirty towels were on the floor. We inquired at the front desk and were told there is no housekeeping provided on multiple day stays. There was no signage regarding no housekeeping at the front desk. We were given additional towels but were told to leave the wet, used towels...

"The staff were very rude at check in . Not accommodating at all. And for a 4 star hotel I was not impressed. The shower head in the shower was loose , the plug for the tub broken and they put some kind of a sticky mat in the tub which was placed on top of dirty sticky mat instead of taking out the old ones ."

"A dirty towel was left in my bathroom. I woke up in the middle of the night to get water and I found ants all over the desk and my bags."

"For the price that we paid, the hotel wasn't anything special. The room was clean but aged, a little dingy. The bathroom door was old and difficult to open/close. There were a few bugs in the room, also. The hotel's restaurant had a unique and delicious summer menu. However, my salad greens had furry mold on them, and one of our water glasses had lipstick and fingerprints on it."

"The property was undergoing a renovation which we were not informed of prior to our stay. Had we known, we may have opted for a different property. Some of the floors had limited room options. Consequently when we asked the front desk about room upgrades, there were none available. The complimentary Breakfast was limited and the lack of a waffle maker was disappointing. The staff were all friendly and accommodated all our requests."
