"It was our second stay at this hotel with the family. The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view, and the room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, the room was clean, although there were a few flies that had likely gotten in at some point. The main issue during our stay was the extremely poor sound insulation and the noise from the neighbors above us. On the first night, there was prolonged loud noise coming from their room that was clearly audible...

"The Park Place is located right on the beach/boardwalk, you park your car and dont need to leave the premises because everything is in walking reach. Did have one problem that was rectified immediately (bathroom floor wasn't cleaned). Also take note that if you dont book through Park Place you are charged a $12.00 day parking fee, I booked through Expedia and was charged parking upon arrival, there is also an amenities fee that is not mentioned and charged which I believe should be included in...

"After a disastrous start to our vacation that left us on the verge of driving straight back home, the staff at the Sealoft saved our vacation! Raymond, Marvin, the wonderful woman who is there overnight (I wish i remembered her name. Anyone who lets you use a bathroom 8 hours before check in is a goddess) and all the housekeeping staff were wonderful! Our room was great, the views and quiet were a nice change from the hotels i had stayed in previously. This is my new go to hotel for OC!"

"Clean room nice staff but the rooms are not comfy. Could use a chair and better light. Plus, a smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and the hightntime person had to come and remove it. She apologized but honestly it left me super anxious and we never heard another thing about it."

"Room was very clean, the view was wonderful and you are close enough to walk to a lot of places. When we arrived it was very confusing to find the lobby for check in and no where to park. There were no signs up to direct us where to go."
