Room seemed clean. Pet friendly hotels / rooms shouldn't have carpet in my opinion. My wife said she slept fine. I didn't. My bed was a rock, and my pillow was firm and quite thick. Great place we stayed with our little fur babies. We had a last minute trip up to visit an ill relative. It was perfect for our short trip. Well stocked, and gas fire place kept us nice and toasty.
