"The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs.
The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation.
Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area."

"Not easy to check in, can't access lobby , need to ring to get let in. Room could do with a deep clean, carpet very stained , no dish wishing cloth. Good location with pub,cafeteria and shopping centre right at your door step"

"スタッフはフレンドーで、とても親切です。
清掃は床や、絨毯は綺麗でしたが、テラスは落ち葉や汚れが目立つ
トイレとランドリー上の換気扇は埃まみれで稼働時に轟音がしてたが、こちらで掃除
警報器は蓋が外れて動いているかも不明
キッチン周りはさらにひどく、電気はついたり消えたり、換気扇は引き出しても動かず、レール上のスイッチを手動操作が必要だった。
入り口扉は重くて閉める時は気をつけないとフロア中に響くほど大きな音がする
鍵もガチ！っと大きな音がする
レンタカーは大きくないものを借りた（カローラクロス）が、駐車場利用を申請する時は左右大きめなところをリクエストした方が良い。左右に柱がある所に止めるように言われるとドアが柱に当たりそうになり、乗り降りに気を使います。
ウエストエンドという立地な条件にバス通りもすぐ近く、駅も近いなど便利な場所にあります"

"Great spot to get to Suncorp Stadium. Great value just needed to be cleaner. We turned on a ceiling fan and it sprayed clumps of built up dust all over the beds … the dust in the fan was neatly an inch thick"

"The room was spacious, clean. However, the headboard attached to the wall above the bed was unstable. It fell off the wall when I sat down on the bed which moved as the bed was on wheels. I should have reported it at the time to the manager, but didn't think it was that important. We did get charged a few days after checkout for a broken headboard that wasn't our fault. The manager told us she wouldn't reverse the charge for this as I should have reported it to her and didn't have pictures...
