"The bathroom door would not close and latch."

"Smelled of perfume trying to hide fish smell and mildew smell as soon as you walk into the hotel. Overwhelming fish smell from the restaurant. The elevator and all of the carpet smelled like someone was walking around constantly spraying cologne. Had a headache the entire time. The room was clean however they put us in a room with a slanted ceiling my husband who is 6 foot three had to sit down to use the toilet to urinate because the toilet was on the wall that was slanted. It is in an excellent location and the outside of the building is beautiful. I do not recommend the restaurant. We ordered fish and chips and a pizza. The pizza tasted like it was frozen from the convenience store. The fish and chips were decent, but not great. We did enjoy the afternoon, high tea but it wasn’t spectacular just decent. Never got down to breakfast just because the smell was very offputting. "

"Perfect stay, we had a great view from our room so made note of the room number for the future - slightly dated decor, but everything was clean and in perfect working order :)"

"The property is in a great location right next to the River Dee. With on site parking making getting around so easy. Richard the host was great, communication was excellent. The property itself was amazing, clean, comfortable with a great use of tech."

"My only issue with the room is that it was too dark to see well to do my hair. The only mirror is on the wardrobe door and it’s right beside the room door where there’s no lights. Otherwise I had a lovely stay. "

"Inside rhe bathroom was a north American plug in. For 110v and 220v. Room cleaning is excellent. Wow. Shower was spotless when i came back. Amazing. Great location to union street bars. 1.2-2km walk to some amazing pubs. Parking is free if you get a spot arrive early dont move. Friday noon was lined up so i stayed put and walked instead. Breakfast is 5 stars. Coffee cappacino full english breakfasts. Everything u could want included in my price for the night."
