I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work. I had to go to feont desk again to complain and advise them this was a unsafe and outdated villa. They finally agreed to give me the annex room and its not even a part of the resort, so getting to buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner is a drive to the main resort. Please be cautious of booking this hotel as nothing has been thought out and the staff doesn't speak any english which makes it harder to communicate with them.

We had a nice stay at the Orka club hotel. It was not as nice as we thought it would be. Our room was fine & cleaned every day. The bit we did not liked, was the hard sell at breakfast time. Some days we had 4 people trying to sell us the evening meal & entertainment. At 110 lira each, we thought it was a bit to much. It was the same, when you went for a sauna. The hard sell came out again trying to get you to buy a massage or Turkish bath. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay at the Orka hotel.

Otel guzel isletme berbat!

Resepsiyondaki bayanin hicbirseyden haberi yoktu asla yardimci olmuyorlardi sonradan anladik ki Turk misafirleri istemedikleri icin o kadar ilgisiz ve sacmasapan davraniyorlar. Facility cok guzel ancak isletmesi berbat. Hic kusura bakmasinlar ama oyle, odayi saat 3 den once veremediler ve 3 aile idik 3 ayri odada. Ustumuzu nerde degiselim dedik hamamda dediler hamam aradik gonderdikleri yerde megerse hamam yokmus ki otelde !!! O kadar habersizler sonra wc ye gonderdiler 3 aile wc de nasil giyinelim dedik? neyse kendimiz havuzun katinda bulduk. Kisacasi tam bir kaos asla gelmeyin bu isletmeye sefil olursunuz paranizla

Очень спокойный отдых!

В целом отель понравился. Большая ухоженная территория. много бассейнов. У нас был anex building. По прибытии нам предложили апартаменты от Orka в другом месте, с извозом на завтрак-ужин, но почему-то все же отвезли нас в anex, без всякого предупреждения, а мы сидели- ждали. Это тоже не рядом с ресепшн, а находится возле отеля AES, на завтрак-ужин идти минут 10 медленным шагом. Еда в отеле вполне приемлемая, но лично мне было мало салатов, но есть помидоры, огурцы и зелень! Много сладостей и фруктов на ужин. На завтрак шеф-повар делает омлет, блины и глазунью. В общем, можно наесться, но в том же AES отеле питание было намного шикарнее, и цена ниже. Что касается номера: он небольшой, не 18 м2, как заявлено в описании, а максимум 12-14. Есть просторный балкончик. У нас номер был на нулевом уровне и выходил на задний садик с пальмами и пр., очень мило и спокойно, но влажновато, так как полотенце за ночь не высыхало! Номера первого и второго этажа выходят на бассейн. У бассейна очень приятно днем полежать, так спокойно и красиво и народу мало. Кстати, у отеля нет извоза на пляж, что очень плохо для отеля такого класса - в том же AES мы наблюдали как туристы грузились в большой автобус со всеми своими пляжными принадлежностями. Здесь придется добираться до пляжа самостоятельно на долмуше, цена сейчас 4,25 лир. Остановка долмуша прямо возле отеля, но от anex придется пройтись в горку метров 200. Анимация в отеле была очень ненавязчивая, мы ее не заметили вообще! Wi-Fi в anex нет!!

Been many times to this hotel so slightly biased as always an enjoyable stay and nothing too much trouble for all the staff there. Excellent variety of food & of a high standard. Excellent location as easy access between 2 local towns and dolmus (local buses) stop right outside the hotel so no need for taxis. Choice of 3 pools, two quiet & one with a shute to entertain children. Sunbeds need to be replaced as quite a few damaged but plenty available. Wi-Fi a bit hit and miss in some areas.

Hotel was disappointing

The room we stayed in was not attached to the hotel and was about half a mile from reception. The room was average with graffiti on the tv screen, the flush was broken on the toilet and other general wear and tear left un repaired. Average hotel. Many nicer options out there.

Rezarvasyon yaptırıp ücretini ödediğimiz odaya resepsiyondaki arkadaş unutmuş olabilir gibi bir bahaneyle odamıza bir saat geç giriş yaptık bu yetmiyormuş gibi rezervasyonla alakası olmayan bir odaya gittik 15 dk sonra odamızı değişip antik çağlarda kiler olarak kullanılabilecek yerin bilmem kaç kat altında telefon dahi çekmeyen bir odaya naklettiler rezervasyon yaptığımız site üzerinde internet var gibi görünsede bırakın interneti telefonunuz dahi çekmiyor odada ölseniz kimsenin haberi olmaz odada bir televizyona benzer alet var pek çekmediği ne olduğunu anlayamadık yarım abajurla aydınlatmayı geçiştirmeye çalışmışlar odada birbirinizi görebiliyorsanız ne ala. Gelelim klimaya 5 dk çalışıyor 1 buçuk saat yok sanırsam italyan :) bunlardan önce odaya girebilmek var oda kartı 1 çalışıyorsa beş çalışmıyor ee yararı da oldu merdiven in çık iki kilo vermişim kahvaltıya gittiğimde çeşitleri görünce verdiğim kiloyu geri alırım diye düşünüyorken daha kahvaltıyı yaparken tabağın önümden alınmasıyla yeni bir şok daha yaşadım 4 yıldızı nasıl almış bilmesek de otelin hakkı 2 yıldız eğer sizde tatilinizde ileride anlatacak kötü anılarım olsun diyorsanız tek adresiniz burası olabilir...

Big hotel clean friendly staff good food

We stayed for 4 nights no problems it is excellent main road location easy to commute. The staff are very helpful and friendly some speak good English. The visitors are friendly too. Highly recommend Club Orka Hotel and Villa. We would definitely go again.

Hotel in sunny Turkey

Hotel was nice, clean and the staff were welcoming friendly and always happy to help. Had a very nice upgrade from villa to private villa with pool, just added to the holiday. Food was excellent, plenty of options and variety. Special themed nights throughout the week with entertainment. Area around the hotel was a little tacky touristy, but lots of trips and activities to do and the restaurants catered for every option. Had a very good week stay and would recommend the hotel, but if you want quiet traditional turkey this might not be the one for you.

Very nice hotel close to restaurants and taxi rank

We stayed in a 3 bed, 2 bathroom villa set in lovely grounds, there are 2 main pools plus a children's pool , and a water slide, you can always get a sun bed around any of the pools, and it is clean. The staff are very friendly and you get very good service from all of them. The food and drink are very good if on B&B or on Half Board , and the alacart restaurant on the top floor ( open air ) has beautiful views of the mountains , and watching a sunset is magical from there, the food is also excellent and well presented and not expensive, so try it. We had the hotel photographer ( Toofan ) take our photo's for a family album, which he took during the day and later at night at the alacart restaurant with the setting sun behind us, they photo's came out better than any we have had done in the UK, and for a fraction of the price!!! I can thoroughly recommend him. This is our 5th time we have stayed at the Orka over a 10 year period and we have never been disappointed with anything there. They have a lively bar area , good music , all types, and have entertainment twice a week , Wednesday is Turkish night , belly dancer and other acts, and on Saturday they have a barbique with entertainment which is always very good. I went there with my wife , son and 6 year old granddaughter and we love comming back.

Its OK!

Stayed at Club Orka villa for one week in Oct 2015 and it was OK but nothing to shout about. The apartment is large which was nice with 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms. The beds are comfortable enough and the towels are actually soft and not all starched out like in some hotels. There is a large seating area and the kitchen is also a good size but not enough pans only one huge pan! It would be nice if there was at least complimentary tea/coffee on arrival but there was nothing. You will also need your own cleaning products which I expected but am mentioning just in case. Complimentary shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided and regularly get clean towels. Staff struggled to understand if we made enquiries and on one occasion we asked if they could help with an excursion and we were told to use the hotel phone which cost us almost £2 for a short call. My daughter (3 years old) enjoyed the kids club and play area and also the kids disco on Saturday night. Unfortunately the entertainment and children's disco was cancelled on Wed night which was a bit of a downer especially as there was only about 3 nights on entertainment on. I guess a lot of this is because of the time of year and the lack of guests during their low season. The water in the swimming pools was freezing and so was not used as much as we would have liked. We ended up going to Oludeniz (blue lagoon) where the temperature of the water was better. Breakfast is 25TL and dinner is 45TL.

Friendly hotel with good facilities and restaurant

We booked a five night break at the end of September. We were surprised to find we had a three bedroom villa. Breakfast was excellent. Great range of food. Elvis was playing when we arrived - thoroughly enjoyable -and I don't particularly like Elvis. Staff were great. Location is good. Dolmus stop right outside to get to Olu Deniz and it was not too busy at the end of September.
