"Excellent gym & spa facilities, lovely lobby. Spacious, clean, quiet room and nice shower. Feels a very nice hotel, good value and in the heart of the city. Breakfast was amazing in both variety of choice and quality. All in all fantastic. Our only disappointment was returning on Friday night to the bar and in support of the hotel facility having 1 beer and 1 wine. The cost was 1320 Lira - so £22 or €25 - and the glass of wine, half filled, was very yellow and not great. We felt overcharged in comparison to other places in Istanbul. A real shame, as we couldn’t fault the hotel it was fabulous. It did leave a bitter taste of an otherwise fantastic memory. "

As a result, I decided to switch to the InterContinental just down the street at a similar price point, where the room and overall experience were significantly better—easily ten times superior. "

"From my arrival it was bad experience I don’t wish to anyone the staff rude and I was given a room in 4th floor open door and it was the wrong room I had booked a 3 bed room not a 1 bed , elevator back down again 20min later they clean the room I was supposed to have Room no A/C they don’t work at all in the building he told me open window I did and it felt on top of my wife it wasn’t secure Shower water was coming out and the hose was broken I didn’t leave because I needed 3 beds But no breakfast no nothing ohh No toilet paper also"
