"Nice hotel overall, right at the heart of Bastogne. A real negative for me was the lack of ANY British TV channels.....everything but ! The breakfast offered a good selection of items. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast service. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and given the hotel's international clientele, having more English-speaking staff available would enhance the guest experience."

"Staff was super friendly and the room was very spacious but everything was old and run down. The soap dispenser attached to wall came off with the first pump of soap. I rented a refrigerator for 2 days but it stopped working after the first day and it was a wine cooler and not a refrigerator. There was no USB charger in room either. The queen beds had two twin comforters that were very short. Overall it was a very basic hotel. "

Kamer(3) bedden slecht en matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe, kamer stonk enorm muffig, badkamer+douche idyllisch - verouderd en slecht geventileerd.
