"Family ski trip. The accommodation is beautiful the apartments are comfy and cosy. The spa is great after a days skiing. We took advantage of the in-house catering which was great after a days skiing."

"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. The spa was also very clean and although small, was never too busy, and was separate to the main pool so for those looking for a little more quiet, it was for over 16s only. "Très bel appartement moderne et spacieux, idéalement situé entre la vieille ville le château et le lac. Cependant quelques défauts et il manque la mise à disposition de certains éléments de cuisine indispensables(casserole, torchon, égouttoir pour vaisselle et aliments). L'état de propreté est parfait, la literie excellente (oreillers peut être à changer). Bien insonorisé sauf du côté de la porte d'entrée. Notre séjour en famille à été très agréable. "
