"Easy to get to from Florence city centre. However worth noting that reception closes at 21:30, we were extremely lucky they stayed open as we arrived very close to 22:00 after a day exploring the city. Pizza onsite was good, views stunning. Accomodation shakes a little when people walked around inside but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. "

"HU was great. Florence is a beautiful but it is a zoo. It was nice to stay at HU away from the crowds. We drove from Sienna and were able to check in early. Our cabin was lovely. The pizza at the restaurant was some of the best we had in Italy. The 14 bus (14A on the ride back) was only a 20 min. ride. My kids loved the pools way more than the Uffizi. Wish we had more time to lounge by the pools. It was nice to see how Europeans vacation."

"I was given upgrade for free. Very clean, very nice staff, center of all the action . Has the best view of the sunset and Arno river. Love the jacuzzi, best bed and pillows. I’m a serious traveler and had been to a lot of 5 star hotels , and this one felt like I’m in 1! I will surely cone back! "

"Super expérience en famille, l’équipe a vraiment été présente pour préparer notre voyage avant ( on a eu des modifications de planning) et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. "The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop terrace was just beautiful. We went bought some pizza from pizza taxi around the corner and some Prosecco from supermarket and it’s was a top notch dinning experience. You can also buy beverages from the hotel. They gave you a free bottle of wine and the pool after a few days of intense walking was calm, serene and warm. "

"This is a great place to stay when in Florence! The hotel is exquisitely decorated, location is unbearable and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The amenities supplied by the hotel are similar to those of a 5 star hotel. The only negative is that if you drive a car, to locate the hotel is not as straight forward and there is no parking nearby.
