"Hotel was updated clean and new staff was very nice and suggested things to do in Beaver Dam area My only problem was that the pool area was so strong of chlorine smell that I couldn’t participate in swimming with my grandson because it affected my breathing , with that being said I feel that an exhaust system should be installed to make the pool area safer ! We come to beaver dam to visit our grandson and I might have to rethink staying at Comfort inn because I enjoy swimming with my grandson and because of this issue I can’t . "So filthy I couldn’t stay there! Then, I call Expedia requesting a refund,since I could barely stand to be there for an hour, and after waiting 37 minutes on hold, I had to attempt to communicate with someone who could barely speak English! Did not get a refund, either! That place should be condemned, and Expedia will NEVER get my business again!"

"Clean facility and room. Friendly staff. Dog stayed comfortably. There is no bar though. It’s prominently displayed in their Hotels.com ad, but I actually found the room and it’s being used as storage."
