"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, céntrico y casi todo queda a 10 - 15 min caminando. Sin embargo para una ciudad como Seattle los alrededores cierran pronto y después de las 9 -10pm ya no hay nada abierto de restaurantes o tiendas. El personal de la mañana habla y entiende el español, se agradece ya que pude más fácil contratar los servicios de transporte al muelle donde salen los cruceros. Volveré al hotel siempre que regrese a Seattle."

"Very modern hotel with a hip vibe, comfortable rooms (nice robes, comfortable bedding, nice tub and shower). The bar is very hip, the restaurant La Loba is excellent (delicious food and nice ambiance). You get free use of Dryp yoga studio across the street from the hotel, and it’s a great yoga studio. There is a mani / pedi nail salon nearby, and whole foods is right below. So very convenient."

Unsurpassed service with prompt text message shortly after our checkout telling us important medication had been left in the room refrigerator. I also LOVE the fact that there's a perfume shop practically inside the hotel with an amazing selection of perfumes. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the location was great. Will be back.
