Starting at the front desk services, to room services , restaurant services, beach services, housekeeping , laundry and transportation were impeccable . The general manager and his assistant were very involved and highly concerned about each guest’s satisfaction . The property itself is beautiful and has a lovely beach and a great pool . "Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect. Hint: Use local app Indrive (like UBER) to save on taxis."

Dar Elyssa is a very nice place to choose in the Sidi Bou Said area. Our room was very comfortable, and we had delicious breakfasts every morning. It's a quiet, pleasant hotel close to everything. "Very noisy location if you open the Balfour smell all kind of food which make me nauseous. I thought that the hotel has its own beach access but no the view was only from the balcony and the public beach is not well maintained! Breakfast and lobby areas are small ! And breakfast buffet is not a five star restaurant! It’s not a five star ⭐️ hotel!"
