"This hotel was quite a lovely surprise. It is right by the beach, but I didn’t hear the commotion on Ocean Drive. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and a very nice size. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was simply a lovely stay. The restaurant connected to the hotel was also very good. I would absolutely return for my next trip to Miami."

"Rooms didn’t have any microwaves, also didn’t realize it didn’t have a pool. There’s only one way in and one way out. Other then that the staff is super nice, food is good, rooms are decent but a little pricey."

"Basic room it was ok. Not enough towels and one of the beds had a blood looking stain on it, not sure. The floors weren’t clean I had to use one of our towels to clean the floor "

"L’hôtel est globalement très bien. En revanche, notre expérience avec le transport a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour 18h, mais avons dû attendre 30 minutes, ce qui nous a mis en retard. De plus, il ne s’agissait manifestement pas d’un taxi officiel, mais plutôt d’un VTC. Le tarif appliqué était totalement excessif : 88 € pour un trajet entre Miami Beach et l’aéroport international, soit environ le double du prix habituel. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement...

"Small but very well appointed rooms. Unfortunately I had a room right by the pool area which was very noisy with people and music and a window that wouldn't close and neighbours across the hall that were very noisy for a couple of hours at 2 am so not a great personal experience - i was happy to leave. Great location close to beach and restaurants and bars and shopping. Highly recommend for these reasons."

"Beautiful place with some of the most welcoming staff! The ocean view queen bedroom (big bamboo) was quite comfortable and had an amazing view. On top of the looks, the complimentary perks were very generous. Free breakfast, daily cocktails, and beach chairs/towels were much appreciated. Would stay again!"

"Clean property, nice room, very convenient location. However they only provided 4 towels for 2 people that must last greater than 48hours. You’re clearly going to the beach and water if vacationing in Miami so you will be showering etc more than regular. When my family simply asked housekeeping for a few more towels, the staff turned it into this huge debacle and told us we weren’t following the rules. I’m all for “saving the environment” but at the same time - I’m visiting Miami for the beach...

"Super nice staff! Room was good. I just hoped we had access in the morning to free cofee (other than the 1 cofee included while you take the breakfast) Also breakfast you chose 1 plate out of a menu, it’s not like a « buffet » style. We had the best time though it was a great hotel and especially the staff is AMAZING :)"
