"Locatie van het hotel is prima. Kamers zijn zeer verouderd, nog hetzelfde als 15 jaar geleden. Airconditioning werkt nauwelijks tot niet. Sommige avonden tot 1 uur in nacht, sommige nachten helemaal niet. Beddengoed wordt niet regelmatig verschoond. Jaren geleden was het een bruisend en hip hotel, nu een hotel zonder sfeer en gezelligheid. Personeel was wel ontzettend vriendelijk."

"Location, location, location! I absolutely love the location of this hotel. Right outside your hotel you’re located in the old town and you could easily walk to everything. If you turn left out of the hotel, there’s a grocery store at the corner and if you turn right, there’s a pharmacy. There’s many banks located within less than a five minute walk away from the hotel. "Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended."

"First of all the reception staff and in particular the gentleman who booked us in were excellent. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. Friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The hotel is beautiful and overlooks the nicest square in Esteponna. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and served in or outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and cannot wait to return."
