"We did a pre-Christmas escape to the Riu Palace Pacifico and it was PERFECT! The service was amazing, our drinks were never left unfilled, the food everywhere we ate was very good (it's a resort, it's not Michelin starred but everything was fresh, tasted good, and there were plenty of options). I loved that you didn't need restaurant reservations, we showed up for dinner around 7:30 every night and just walked right in. We enjoyed the evening shows and the nacho's at the sports bar. Great place to get away and unwind for a few days!"

"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. Children's pool was empty. Lots of toys and balls flying in pool, Screaming, splashing and totally took over pool driving adults out. I hope this gets changed, I have never seen this before and when I mentioned this to management they said that is the way it is."
