"Wir waren positiv überrascht und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Zimmer schön groß und auch funktionell.Frühstück ok. Personal absolut ok. Man muß vom Hotel bis Port Authority ca 30-50 Minuten( ja nach Stau) Busfahrzeit rechnen. Im Bus ( Route 163 bzw. 164, ca 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle) ist W-Lan verfügbar und somit kann man die Zeit schon aktiv nutzen. Für uns kein Nachteil,insbesondere wenn mann das Preisniveau in NYC vergleicht. "

"I have such mixed feelings about this place. The price is unbelievably affordable for NYC with excellent transport links to get you to the center of Manhattan in no time. The soap in the shower was excellent! Plus the staff - everyone from the security guard to the front desk person to housekeeping were professional and kind. "Maid never showed up to replace dirty dishes in sink, clean room, make the beds or disposed of garbage on daily basis. I reported large cockroach in kitchen. After complaint, several staff members showed up and cleaned everything but were unable to find the cockroach."
