"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen.
Badkamer is klein om je te kleden.
Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."
